Chapter 2.1: The user story
Right at the beginning of the agile process, when writing the user story, testing must be front and center. We have to consider how we can check whether we fulfill all of our requirements.

Despite an agile way of working, we tend to see the individual steps of the process as strictly separate parts. A specific person or role is responsible for each step. For example, a product owner thinks about a new feature and writes a user story. Developers evaluate the complexity and work on the implementation. And at some point, at the end of the process, the new feature gets tested. Either by QA people or developers and product owners, sometimes by automated tests written after implementation, but primarily through manual testing…
